I started suffering Neck pain at a very young age. When I was a kid, I used to take swim lessons and never listened to my mum “Elena, use the hairdryer” “Elena be sure your hairs are completely dry” “Elena wear your hat before leaving the swimming pool”
… Long story short, as an adult, I must dry my hairs even in the summer, I must wear a scarf constantly, and I suffer awful cervical pain.

Here few of my daily exercises

Exercise 1:
Shoulders stand. There is no such a thing as too many Shoulders stands, they are gold for neck pain


Exercise 2 3:
Rotation of the neck from right to left.
From a seated position. Put the hands on the knees. Belly in. Bend the neck to the left, head pulling away, right shoulder pushing down, long neck. Breath X10 times
Repeat each side X5 times

Exercise 4 5:
Physio neck stretches right and left.
From a seated position. Put the right hand on the right knee. Belly in. Bend the neck to the left, put your left hand on the right temple, hand GENTLY pushing down, while the head pushes against the hand. Right shoulder pushing down, long neck. Breath X10 times
Repeat each side X5 times

Exercise 6 7:
Deeper Physio neck stretches right and left.
From a seated position. Put the right hand on the right knee. Belly in. Bend the neck to the left, put your left hand on the right temple, hand GENTLY pushing down, while the head pushes against the hand. Right hand on the right shoulder pushes down long neck. Breath X10 times.
Repeat each side X5 times
