Back in 2008, I had a pretty serious car accident, which left me some neck issues, and during seasonal changes, pain can become more acute, here two exercises which help me to feel better.
Exercise 1:
Rabbit Pose, Sasangasana
Lengthens the spine, stretches the back, arms, and shoulders.
Breathe deeply per 10 times
Exercise 2:
Shoulders Rotation
Come to a comfortable position, shoulders pressing down, long neck, belly in
Inhale, shoulders up
Exhale, rotate the shoulders forward and lower them back down
Inhale, Inhale, shoulders up
Exhale, rotate the shoulders backward and lower them back down
Repeat the sequence 5 to 10 times daily
