Today’s tutorial is designed to show a different approach to puppy pose.
As a former dancer, and having many influences from different disciplines, like contortion and gymnastics. I decided to share a few tricks to take Puppy pose to another level. A little more advanced but still doable.
These three exercises will definitely help you in your chin and chest stand journey.

Breathe X 10 Times
Exercise 2
Puppy pose with a Yoga block underneath the chin
This is a great way to improve your upper back flexibility

This looks quite innocent but is not, it adds an extra stretch to the lower back
