Let’s break down this very challenging arm balance.
What we need in order to properly perform the Grasshopper pose:
◾Strong wrists and hands
◾Strong shoulders
◾Deep torsion of the torso
◾Deep hip opening
Here, I am showing a few ways you can achieve those requirements.

▪️4 shapes pose + foot to ear
▪️Foot to armpit + twist to the side
