Here are a few tips to improve your bakasana:
Strong wrists and shoulders
Exercise 1

Shift the bodyweight forward
Press the mat away
Straight arms
Shoulders over wrists
Belly in and glued to the tights
▪️Shift the bodyweight back
Shoulders on top of wrists
▪️Lift one leg at a time
Repeat x 10 times

Exhale compression of the core
