Summertime in the city, what could be more stressful for our bodies?

Personally, I am a winter person, give me hats, gloves, scarfs, and boots and I am happy.
However, I can’t control everything, and summer comes too.
Here I am sharing my favorite DIY remedy for swollen legs. Ideal after a day running up and down from the undergrown and walking at least 10K steps.

Ingredients:
10 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
3 Tbs Aloe Vera
3 Tbs coconut oil

Method:
Step 1 Mix the ingredients together
Step 2 Apply with a circular motion massage on the whole length of the legs
Step 3 lie down with the legs on the air
