As a person with dyslexia learning and memorizing has never been an easy task for me. I had to learn how to learn, and for years I felt less than others.
Then, I met the Ashtanga Vinyasa, and I was told “one breath at the time” “one Asana at the time” “repeat till you know it”
I was home!
Here I am sharing the technique I used to memorize the sequences, using images and color coding. Hopefully, you will find the learning process easier as I did.
BTW it is a super effective method for normal learners as well.
STANDING ASANAS
