Push the chest towards the floor, Inhale open the rips cage, and engage the core. Breathe ten times. Keep the neck relaxed.

Place the hands on your Feetup trainer or a chair. Gaze downward
Push the chest towards the floor, and Inhale open the rips cage. Breathe ten times, focusing. This might feel a bit intense, if you feel pains, come up a little bit. Make sure to keep the neck relaxed
