Headstand with Props
Nothing fancy, all you need is a wall, or a stool and two yoga blocks.
Every time we work at inversions, we should fight the urge to use the wall as safety net, by leaning towards it. Instead, use it to increase strength and improve alignment.
My inversions journey hasn’t been easy, at all, I struggled but I learnt from fails.
Facing a chair or the wall might help shortening the distance between the floor and a straight up pose.
Using blocks underneath the shoulders will definitely help feeling how be upside down feels but taking some body weight away from your shoulders and neck.
